NOS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,087 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA5L1, NEURL4, and ST13. Each is linked with NOS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS3-to-partner and partner-to-NOS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA5L1 grouped by NOS3-low versus NOS3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
