Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,526 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL4A2, NID1, and LAMA4. Each is linked with NOS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS2-to-partner and partner-to-NOS2 results are reported.
