NOS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESCO2, TAFA5, and MIR4482. Each is linked with NOS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS2-to-partner and partner-to-NOS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ESCO2 grouped by NOS2-low versus NOS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
