Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 909 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with NOS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS2-to-partner and partner-to-NOS2 results are reported.
