NOS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 980 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIP, DPPA5, and LEP. Each is linked with NOS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS2-to-partner and partner-to-NOS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIP grouped by NOS2-low versus NOS2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
