Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOS1AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,309 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS1AP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of membrane repolarization during cardiac muscle cell action potential, Regulation of heart rate by chemical signal, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with NOS1AP in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS1AP-to-partner and partner-to-NOS1AP results are reported.
