Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NOS1AP RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NOS1AP data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher NOS1AP RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NOS1AP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

BRCA, KIRC, and READ are the cancer types where NOS1AP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
