NORAD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NORAD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,697 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NORAD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRC, WARS1, and SEC24A. Each is linked with NORAD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NORAD-to-partner and partner-to-NORAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NORAD versus PTPRC in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NORAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NORAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
