Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,629 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, mRNA alternative polyadenylation, and Regulatory ncRNA-mediated gene silencing. Each is linked with NOP9 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP9-to-partner and partner-to-NOP9 results are reported.
