NOP53

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOP53 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP53-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXorf51A, SEL1L2, and CLRN1. Each is linked with NOP53 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP53-to-partner and partner-to-NOP53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXorf51A grouped by NOP53-low versus NOP53-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
