Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NOP16 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NOP16 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher NOP16 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NOP16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where NOP16 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
