Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NOP16 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NOP16 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher NOP16 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NOP16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where NOP16 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
