NOP16

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,427 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM2, MAGI2-AS3, and LMOD1. Each is linked with NOP16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP16-to-partner and partner-to-NOP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOP16 versus JAM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
