NOP16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FoxM1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with NOP16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP16-to-partner and partner-to-NOP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by NOP16-low versus NOP16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
