NOP16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOP16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,408 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are NHP2, PRELID1, and PA2G4. Each is linked with NOP16 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP16-to-partner and partner-to-NOP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOP16 versus NHP2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
