Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NOP10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NOP10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher NOP10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NOP10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where NOP10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
