Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NOP10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NOP10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NOP10 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NOP10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where NOP10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
