NOL9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,176 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNW1, SPEN, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with NOL9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL9-to-partner and partner-to-NOL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOL9 versus SNW1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
