Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,328 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDYL, WRNIP1, and RANBP9. Each is linked with NOL7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL7-to-partner and partner-to-NOL7 results are reported.
