NOL7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,328 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR43, UBE2S, and RIOK1. Each is linked with NOL7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL7-to-partner and partner-to-NOL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
