NOL4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,643 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAE1, ASIC4, and DRP2. Each is linked with NOL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL4-to-partner and partner-to-NOL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOL4 versus NAE1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
