Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX7, ADAM2, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with NOL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL4-to-partner and partner-to-NOL4 results are reported.
