Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,298 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hypoxia-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Negative regulation of hypoxia-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Striated muscle cell apoptotic process. Each is linked with NOL3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL3-to-partner and partner-to-NOL3 results are reported.
