NOL12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 214 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7AP61, RNU1-42P, and MIR6761. Each is linked with NOL12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL12-to-partner and partner-to-NOL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7AP61 grouped by NOL12-low versus NOL12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
