NOD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,405 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AIF1, FERMT3, and TNFAIP8L2. Each is linked with NOD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOD2-to-partner and partner-to-NOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOD2 versus AIF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
