Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,856 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIL2, ESS2, and HIRA. Each is linked with NOD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOD2-to-partner and partner-to-NOD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOD2 versus PPIL2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
