NOD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, eIF4E, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with NOD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOD2-to-partner and partner-to-NOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by NOD2-low versus NOD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
