Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,541 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to peptidoglycan, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with NOD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOD2-to-partner and partner-to-NOD2 results are reported.
