NOD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 237 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAL4D, KNCN, and TRIM49. Each is linked with NOD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOD2-to-partner and partner-to-NOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAL4D grouped by NOD2-low versus NOD2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
