NOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,178 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD11P1, RN7SKP299, and GXYLT1P2. Each is linked with NOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOD1-to-partner and partner-to-NOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAMD11P1 grouped by NOD1-low versus NOD1-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
