Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,160 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD61, PLEKHA8, and RNF216. Each is linked with NOD1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOD1-to-partner and partner-to-NOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOD1 versus ANKRD61 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
