Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,868 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain containing 1 signaling pathway, Protein targeting to vacuole, and Regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with NOD1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOD1-to-partner and partner-to-NOD1 results are reported.
