NOC3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOC3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,419 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOC3L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOLC1, SMNDC1, and HNRNPF. Each is linked with NOC3L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOC3L-to-partner and partner-to-NOC3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOC3L versus NOLC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOC3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOC3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
