NOB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,196 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL37, BUB1B, and RAD51. Each is linked with NOB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOB1-to-partner and partner-to-NOB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOB1 versus MRPL37 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
