NOA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 401 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GDF3, OR4E2, and NPVF. Each is linked with NOA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GDF3 grouped by NOA1-low versus NOA1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
