Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NNT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,367 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS30, KLRD1, and TGM2. Each is linked with NNT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NNT-to-partner and partner-to-NNT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NNT versus MRPS30 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
