NNT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,977 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAXDC2, PSMA4, and RNA5SP106. Each is linked with NNT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NNT-to-partner and partner-to-NNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAXDC2 grouped by NNT-low versus NNT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
