Across TCGA cell cohorts, NNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGEF1C, GSG1L2, and KLRD1. Each is linked with NNT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NNT-to-partner and partner-to-NNT results are reported.
