NNMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NNMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,082 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPR1, CEBPB, and C1S. Each is linked with NNMT in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NNMT-to-partner and partner-to-NNMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NNMT versus FPR1 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
