Across TCGA patient cohorts, NNMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,781 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NNMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2_S723, PDLIM7, and LGALS1_S30. Each is linked with NNMT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NNMT-to-partner and partner-to-NNMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NNMT versus DAB2_S723 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
