Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NNMT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,789 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOX, MEDAG, and CCN4. Each is linked with NNMT in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NNMT-to-partner and partner-to-NNMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NNMT versus LOX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
