NMUR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMUR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,096 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMUR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1179, IGLVV-66, and OR52E6. Each is linked with NMUR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMUR1-to-partner and partner-to-NMUR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1179 grouped by NMUR1-low versus NMUR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMUR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMUR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
