IGLVV-66

associated omics data
immunoglobulin lambda variable (V)-66 (pseudogene)Genealiases: IGLV(V)-66 · IGLVV66 · V5-5P

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored IGLVV-66 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. IGLVV-66 expression is associated with patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, IGLVV-66 RNA expression shows 5,881 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUSC, and STAD as cancer lineages where IGLVV-66 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes IGLVV-66 survival associations across molecular data types. IGLVV-66 RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (7). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible IGLVV-66 RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High IGLVV-66 expression shows unfavorable associations in LUSC, ESCA, OV and SKCM, but favorable associations in LGG and PAAD. The LUSC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .014). Together, the overview and detailed table identify LUSC as the clearest survival context for IGLVV-66 RNA expression.
