Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,497 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NMU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAICS_S27, MCM2, and MCM5. Each is linked with NMU in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMU-to-partner and partner-to-NMU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMU versus PAICS_S27 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMU→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
