NMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1J4, PHOX2B, and IQCF5. Each is linked with NMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMT1-to-partner and partner-to-NMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1J4 grouped by NMT1-low versus NMT1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
