NMRK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANAPC1P3, LINC01955, and GOLGA6D. Each is linked with NMRK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRK2-to-partner and partner-to-NMRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC1P3 grouped by NMRK2-low versus NMRK2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
