Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NMRK1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NMRK1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher NMRK1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NMRK1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, KICH, and PRAD are the cancer types where NMRK1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
