NMRK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,423 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BSPRY, GOLGA1, and RABL6. Each is linked with NMRK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRK1-to-partner and partner-to-NMRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMRK1 versus BSPRY in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
