NMRK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,431 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO5, STIL, and CENPE. Each is linked with NMRK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRK1-to-partner and partner-to-NMRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMRK1 versus FBXO5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
