NMRK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,070 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LACRT, NEUROD6, and DEFB109B. Each is linked with NMRK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRK1-to-partner and partner-to-NMRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LACRT grouped by NMRK1-low versus NMRK1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
